Initial visits range from 60-120 minutes depending on the client and the type of concerns.

Naturopathic doctors are unique in our intake assessments. We are detectives, thorough in our approach to seeking the root of your imbalance, illness or medical condition. Be prepared to be asked a wide range of questions that you may or may not think are relevant to your case. At any time, you can choose not to answer the questions, but it is in your best interest to be as thorough and honest.

The number of visits to expect varies depending on the person and condition. Naturopathic medicine is not about quick fixes or suppressive treatments. Healing from the root of the cause takes more time and effort than conventional modern medical models of care, however it is sustainable and preventative for future ailments.

A comprehensive visit last from 1.5 hours – 2 hours. Corrective Balance LLC will recommend naturopathic and/or homeopathic therapies, along with nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, or stress management work. A treatment plan using naturopathic and/or homeopathic therapies requires a commitment from the client for it to be successful.

It is important to follow within 30-45 days after the first visit. Be prepared to make the commitment to your health and follow through on an action plan. Depending on the condition of health, this can take from 3 months to 6 months but varies from client to client.

Supplement purchases are separate from fees for services. Payment for supplements is expected at the time of purchase. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCT PURCHASES. Product orders can be made by emailing Corrective Balance LLC. Orders can be picked up at the office or shipped to the client. Orders can be picked up at the office downstairs in the mailroom where payments can be placed in payment drop box. You will have a bag placed in the mailroom with your name on it. We can ship an order to you upon request. Shipping costs vary with a minimum of $8.00 and are shipped USPS.

As a courtesy to all clients seeking appointments, 48-hour notice is required for cancellation of appointments. If cancellation is not received 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be billed for the service scheduled. Future appointments may require prepayment for services expected. Chronic cancellations may risk denial of future services.

Corrective Balance LLC has the right to refuse service to you. Included in the right to refuse for client noncompliance or repeated lateness or cancellation.
