In your first visit we gather as much information about your health as possible.
As part of your appointment, we perform biofeedback, a Meridian Stress Assessment,
also called Electrodermal Screening, a FDA-approved medical device method for gathering information about the health and well-being of the body, stress and inflammation of organs by electrical measurements of the skin along various points of the hands and feet touching Traditional Chinese meridian points.
This highly effective and revealing method of assessment is a product of time-honored
ancient Chinese medical principles with 21st century computer technology.
We look at your health history, medical history, diet/lifestyle information to provide
valuable insights that allows us to formulate an appropriate results-driven treatment
plan. We offer additional functional testing as needed. Your healthcare plan will be individualized and tailored to your specific needs.

Each appointment includes:

Be ready and willing to make a 3-6 month commitment to your health. 3 follow-up appointments is recommended. You can extend the services as long as you need. Your symptoms did not show up in 60-90 minutes; you can not heal your body in a little bit of time. Be willing and ready to make a commitment to your self-care in order for you to heal. In fact, it takes 90-180 days to replace cells in your body. The younger we are, the faster we experience improvements. The older we are, the longer it takes to experience the same improvements. There’s no question that your body will be healthier and you will feel better with proper health; it’s just a matter of time.
It’s often estimated that for every year you’ve had a condition or symptom, it will take
approximately 1 month to reverse. For example, someone suffering from headaches for 5 years may take 5 months to clear. However, sometimes the correct diet and lifestyle change can remove a symptom almost immediately. Always stick to your treatment protocol for at least 1 month before deciding if it is helping or not.
What is the cost to Establish Care?
Your first-time Establish Care appointment cost is $250, which includes a $25 one-time per year PMA (Private Membership) fee.
Do you accept Medical Insurance?
No, we do not accept medical insurance. At the time of your appointment, we accept cash, check or credit card. If you choose to use a credit card, we charge a 4% card processing fee. We do accept HSA card payments.
How long is the first appointment?
Establishing Care first-time appointment is 45-60 minutes.
Where are you located?
We are on the North Side of Wausau, behind Fleet Farm, across the street from NTC, next door to the old Marathon Town and Feed which is now Able Light Thrift Store, between the old Philly’s Subs, new BroKogi Korean Cuisine and Edward Jones. We share a lobby with Edward Jones in the brown strip mall.

Do you offer Emergency Care?
Corrective Balance LLC does not administer emergency medical care. In the case of an emergency, please see your family physician or the emergency room of the nearest hospital.
How do you accept Payment?
Payment is expected in full at the time of service. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted. There is a 4% processing fee for credit cards. A $40 fee is charged for returned checks. We do not accept Medicare, medical assistance or handle insurance
claims. We do not refund services that have already been provided. We do not provide refunds on programs. We do not provide refunds on supplements.
What is a PMA that cost $25 per year?
Corrective Balance and Jennifer Knauf LLC provide services under a Private Membership Association (PMA). Establish Care first-time appointments clients agree to pay a one-time per year fee of $25 that is included in their first visit, which enrolls them into a PMA, taking our business relationship out of the public into private. Members of Corrective Balance and Jennifer Knauf LLC PMA have more rights and freedom to accomplish and pursue their personal health and wellness goals and objectives within that association than they do in public life and most government-controlled regulatory schemes.
Nutritional Supplements:
Supplement purchases are separate from fees for services. Payment for supplements is expected at the time of purchase. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCT PURCHASES.
Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy to all clients seeking appointments, 48-hour notice is required for cancellation of appointments. If cancellation is not received 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be billed for the service scheduled. Future
appointments may require prepayment for services expected. Chronic cancellations may risk denial of future services.
Right to Refuse Service:
Corrective Balance and Jennifer Knauf LLC has the right to refuse service to you. Included in the right to refuse for client noncompliance or repeated lateness or cancellation.
Nondiscrimination:
Corrective Balance and Jennifer Knauf LLC have a nondiscrimination policy. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, age, creed, religion or national origin. We conform to all federal laws concerning equal opportunity. Corrective Balance LLC is a whole family wellness practice integrating the Spirit, Soul and Body connection within a Nondenominational Christian framework by appointment only.
Do you work with telemedicine?
We are happy to announce that we offer telemedicine appointments to all clients, including new and existing clients. When scheduling to Establish Care, schedule a long-distance appointment.
Do you work with pediatrics?
We are happy to announce that we offer appointments for children 12 and under.
