5 Ways to Instantly Improve Your Health (that your doctor hasn’t told you)

1 You need to POOP! And be pooping 2-3 times per day! Yes, it’s quick and simple, not messy, a task that has you in and out of the bathroom. No need for reading material. So, if you are taking a book, magazine or iphone into the bathroom to do your duty, it’s taking too long. If you only go once maybe twice a week, that’s not enough. 2-3 times per day! (should look like soft serve ice cream)

3 In Pain? If you have chronic pain, try experimenting with dietary changes. Eliminate dairy for a few weeks, then reintroduce it and see how you feel. Do the same with wheat, meat, fish, nuts, caffeine, and alcohol, one at a time. If your pain gets worse when you add back a food, it may be contributing to your pain or inflammation.

4 Depression? Try Breathing. Poor breathing leads to anxiety, stress, and symptoms of illness.  Your brain needs 5 times the oxygen as any other organ. Breathing deeply can eliminate toxins, decrease stress, boost your energy and just make you feel so good!
